Fistula

A Fistula is a permanent abnormal passageway between two organs in the body or between an organ and the exterior of the body. The pain could vary in nature from throbbing, pulsating, sharp and tearing, to a stitching pain. The pain usually gets worse during bowel movement. Other attending symptoms can include burning and irritation or itching in the peri-anal area. Fever may also be present in a few cases.
